We're delighted to announce that due to the huge success of the pilot NeuroPhysical programme we ran last Autumn, two new dates have been added for 2015.
The first session for 2015 gets underway at the Plymouth Life Centre on the 3rd March with a second six week programme commencing on the 5th May.
We're pleased to welcome Joe Canning, Personal Trainer to the NeuroPhysical team who will be assisting Becky with the exciting new exercise therapy programme for stroke survivors and individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis or other neurological conditions. Classes are undertaken in a small group setting, which ensures the programme is safe and effective and they run for a period of six weeks.
Feedback from clients has been extremely encouraging and spaces are filling quickly. If you would like to book onto the May programme, please contact us on 01752 349797 for more information.
Our NeuroPhysical Programme at the Life Centre continues to go strong and we are grateful to all our fantastic particiapnts and Plymouth Physio stude...
